Health inspector?

Very disappointed after my visit to Waffle Express on Sunday, 7 July 2013. Apart from the the toilets that were filthy dirty, some kitchen staff were not wearing hair nets. Also found the shouting of orders between the waiters and kitchen staff very unprofessional in an open-plan setting. To top it, we had to wait nearly 20 minutes our order of 2 coffees, a kiddies cooldrink and 2 plates of chips.
Next time, I would rather que 10 minutes to get into the Wimpy arround the corner!
