Travelling back from holiday in Bloemfontein had supper at Ocean Basket at the water front Loch Logan the manager at door advise us that restaurant is full and a - 40 min waiting period we agreed he advise us to sit on chairs next to door after 10 min waiting the chair collapse from under me falling on my lower back and people laughing at me. After complaining the management leave me waiting for another 30 min the owner Angelo was not there after more complaining at Lebo they wanted to offer me pudding for inconvenience after another 20 min called Angelo which offered the meal then Lloyad comfes to our table admitting to me and my wife that they take chairs home to glue them? The next morning Angelo called me to apologised after making a scene, the last 436 km back to Jhb my wife had to drive my back is paining to much to drive. There is no excuse for people after volume and money and not caring about costumer service. Does sorry fix everything?? Could not believe this!! I will have to go to doctor and could not believe that Ocean basket stuff up a perfect holiday!!
