Bad Hygiene and worst attitude

We frequent steers umhlanga at least three times a week and I can honestly say I am yet to meet the manager, I am often told he is at the debonairs next door or there is no manager there, The service people there dress very poorly and often have they name tags upside-down. So to make matters worst I peaked over the counter the day, I found a customers money left on the counter next to the till and not inside, the keyboard and all other equipment had a layer of dust thick enough to peel of with a knife, when I quized the teller she said it does not need cleaning as she does not handle food, yet she could not say anything about her handling utensils, so she with her dusty hands hands me my knife and fork so i requested she please change my order of a bottled water to a milkshake, she then informed me that was not possible as the owner does not allow them to do any exchanges or refunds. Best part is we waited in an empty for over 5minutes, NO STAFF AT ALL in the store before ben served.
