Real Food made Not So Good

Oh dear, Steers Grosvenor Crossing Shopping Centre, Bryanston. This is your second complaint in a week. The first was posted on your website but there has been no improvement on my experience with your store, so I'm posting on Hello Peter to ensure a wider audience. After complaining about cold burger patties the week before, I receive half-cooked, almost-crunchy chips on Monday. Once again Nonkululeko and Pauline are in the firing line but it is the kitchen staff that are not getting it right. Perhaps a few mystery shoppers would help the falling standards? And is it normal to be given a plastic fork for a sit-down meal? I was expecting a steel knife and fork but I'm guessing it is easier for Steers to throw away utensils than having to wash up. And please check that all your sauces are full before placing an empty 1000 Island dressing before me. And a serviette or two would be a nice touch, without me having to ask for one.
