Poor child minders

Two weeks ago my mom and sister went to Papachinos with my baby and nephew of 2.5 years. While there, my mom noticed that two older boys were bullying my little nephew. When she heard him scream my mom ran over and saw that he had been run into while on one of the bikes. Two child minders were standing a little way off. Not one of them even attempted to pick up my nephew. Just kept going with their conversation. A little while later my mom saw the manager standing with his arms around the child minder, also deep in conversation.
WHen she addressed them it was the usual "sorry mam" nonsense you get. I think its shocking, firstly managers hanging on staff is utterly unprofessional and if the child minders are not doing their job, get rid of them. i will not go there again. Pay for someone to have a job to stand and socialise the whole day. poor service, bad attitude. and honestly better food can be found elsewhere.
