Disappointing meal and overcharge

I generally have compliments for Ottery Spur, but was completely disappointed last night. I joined my sister who had my daughter with her for supper. We ordered meals for 3 children, 2 cheddar melt steak specials as well as a t-bone steak. I was not charged for the kiddies meals but was charged R99 per cheddar melt steak.
I made an enquiry with this regard and I was told that the specials do not apply to 'Kids Eat Free Wednesdays'. There are no terms and conditions with regard to the price on the menu, your instore tele-ads, or your website. I feel a very done in for a regular customer.
Our waiter made a mistake with our order as well. As he was new, we let it go as he was a trainee... My husband's steak was supposed to be well done with masala, It was sent back as there was little masala on the steak. It came back underdone. Getting the attention of a manager was very disappointing as I had to physically find one the first time. The second time, my husband left half if not more of his 500g steak
