Who knew brunch would take 2 and a half hours?

Last week Sunday (7 July 2013) a group of friends and I decided to go out for a late breakfast in Ballito at the Mugg & Bean. We were quite a large group (18) but the restaurant was only half-full and they seated us with ease. We waited for about 5 minutes to be given menu's and then we ordered 15 bottomless coffees immediately.

The service was terrible after that:
- There was no coffee for refills and it took 25 minutes to make more coffee and another 5 minutes to bring more milk.
- It took 45 minutes for the food to arrive.
- They forgot 2 orders completely and forgot the sauce on another meal.
- We cleared the menu's off the table ourselves and had to fetch our own water and a muffin from the kitchen after asking twice and nothing being brought to the table.
- There was no manager on duty.

During the meal I was tweeting about how disappointed I was with the service, tagging @mugg_and_bean in the posts. They replied and apologised, asking for my details to be forwarded to them in a private message, which I sent. They said they would attend to the matter and would respond to me "probably tomorrow". It has now been 5 days and despite contacting them I've had no response.
