Disgusting service from staff and poor service

We at Kauia many times and at different branches. When deciding to have a nice healthy lunch on Sunday, the lady who served us (lulu) couldn't get our order right and after nearly 5 min she told me that my fiance is having a bad day. That was uncalled for as she couldnt get the order right.when our lunnch came the bbq beef bowl had guacamole and no fresh avo. Its advertised with fresh avo, when this was questioned she said they don't have but can run to pick and pay. That's no option when food is getting cold. While sitting there two other couples sent back their orders.it was a horrible experience, one never to be repeated again! Customer relations are non existing!
