Called at 10h30 to place an order and this is an everyday occurence, we have placedc more than 50 orders for this particular branch an hour later i call them only to find out that "Edith " is on tea time and she did not know how to get a hold of me and therefore did not put my order through despite the fact that she asked me only for the telephone number and did not advise that she could not locate my previous transacrtion history so had i not made a follow up enquiry i would have spent the whole day waiting for an order that was never placed. When i called back to enquire on the branch name the spervisor a man that refused to be named said he did not know his branch name and refused to even address the matter and that i find totally unacceptable for someone who should be well trained or experienced in customer liason (unless he was a BEE appointment or was hired on nepotism grounds)... im very dissappointed in Galitos, you are not specific to your trade i can and will replace you with the ever service driven Nandos becuase the only difference is that you are cheaper (not cost effective) but cheaper including your service or the lack thereof...! :(
