Order was wrong and Food was not prepared well

My kids are allergic to a few food groups especially the onion family. When we ordered, we specifically told the waiter to exclude the spring onions. When we received the order there were spring onions. We sent the pizza back and he promptly returned with a "new" one. Unfortunately all that was done was that the copious amount of spring onions were removed and the pizza sent back. Unknowingly we ate the pizza and a few hours later my son become quite ill. The cross contamination was enough to trigger an allergic reaction. On top of this we ordered pasta that had obsolutely no salt... Very poor service and food was really not up to standard! We frequest your branch in CT and they are miles ahead of the Emperors Branch.
