Sour vegetables

I visited Beach Blanket Bohemia with business associates as I had heard wonderful things about it. Not great. There isn't really any ambience in the restaurant section. After waiting about 40 minutes for the starters the waiter only then told us that one of the items was out of stock. The waiter was quite good on the whole though. But the worst of the worst... The vegetables offered with my main were sour!!! I was with business associates so didn't want to complain in front of them. This means that they are using yesterday's vegetables (or maybe older than that) today!! Terrible!!! That sort of conduct just makes me angry and makes me wonder what else we were served that was second-hand
