No service or incorrect orders 2 incidents

First incident was 2am when I arrived at the 24 hr drive through, i was told my order could not be taken and I had to park and wait for fifteen minutes before my order could be taken. I wasn't willing to do that.
This evening i ordered a mcChicken burger return home to discover I was given a big mac. Currently this branch gets its orders wrong around 60% of the time.
