SHOCKINGLY BAD ATTITUDE FOR SERVICE INDUSTRY

I'd made an enquiry with Edna at the above mentioned restaurant regarding a booking for 35 guests to have high tea for October. She assured me that within 30 minutes she would email me the details of my request [ pricing and menu etc] after several hours I called back and Edna apologised and said she will attend to immediately. An hour later, still no email. I called back and spoke to the Owner - Jessica who has such a stinking attitude and must think that her restaurant is the bees knees since she treats prospective patrons with the utmost disrespect. when I complained about the lack of fulfilling a promise to me about my enquiry, she made up some excuse and was extremely abrupt about the whole matter. For an owner in the hospitality industry she needs to go back to school and learn the basics of the meaning of the word HOSPITALITY! to say the least! wow, in all the enquiries I have done at 5 star hotels and other restaurants none have treated business in this pathetic manner! i will be spreading the word about you Jessica, I wouldnt dare set foot in your establishment with that kind of bad attitude flying around!
