High price for terrible experience

While we waited 20 minutes to be served - a menu to order a drink, we noticed a 3 legged dog running around the restaurant and still joked that he must have eaten his other leg while waiting for service. Little did we know the premonition this was to our horrible next 2 hours of no service, overpriced cold food and the owner's indifferent attitude. I was charged R25 for an alleged cappuccino that looked like Nescafe instant - after the waiter confessed that the machine isn't working. Everything that could go wrong, did - including an unsafe child area, blocked off from the tables with no easy access that nearly saw my child concussed by a swing! We couldn't get out of there soon enough but was unfortunately held back by the complete lack of service, having to send stuff back that were either wrong or cold, or never arrived! Upon on our exit the owner ushered us out in such an unprofessional manner (in front of other guests) and exclaimed that he hoped he never sees our faces again! I would love to see Gordon Ramsay walk into that excuse of restaurant and tell the arrogant owner just exactly where to get off. We weren't difficult customers, we just insisted on our money's worth!
