KFC
Sick and tired of KFC!

I am now beyond myself with KFC! I went to KFC - Grayston Drive 3 times last week. On Tuesday at lunch, Wednesday for breakfast and Saturday at around 17h00. The reason for my late report of the horrendous service is because i needed to really calm down alot before typing anything or it would have been extremely nasty! Tuesday - i was on lunch and was obviously rushing to get back to work - they forgot my mini loaf.. I get to the office and didn't have enough time to go back obviously. I was fuming! Wednesday - also rushing in the morning to get to work, the cashier gets our order wrong about FIVE times! Horrendous customer service. And then she has the audacity to look impatient with us when she was wrong??? What the??? Saturday - we ordered 2 zinger burgers with a slice of cheese on each. One burger disn't have the cheese. How difficult is it to remember cheese??? I am disgusted and disappointed with KFC. It used to be my favourite fast food place but in recent months the service has gone from bad to worse to absolutely disgusting. No one i know will ever eat there again!
