Poor Product Preparation/Order Processing

To whom it may concern, I am quite disgusted at the level of service in food preparation I received at your Claremont Main Road and CPT Airport branches. At the Claremont branch, white sauce was requested on my zinger burger but I received it with zinger sauce when I sent it back I got home only to discover that my extra slice of cheese I PAID for was missing (6 August 2013)!!! My extra slice of cheese was also missing on my zinger burger I ordered at the airport branch on Saturday 11 August 2013. Much to my disappointment when I got home. I'm quite shocked that this level of poor attention to detail is happening at my favourite fast food restaurant and will be awaiting your response.
