BEWARE OCEAN BASKET MONTECASINO

Visited Ocean Basket Montecasino with a party of 5 on 22 March 2013 around 8pm. We were a party of 5. As usual we were given bread before the meal and a very small bit of chilli and garlic. When the recived our mail meals and asked for more chilli and garlic, which was provided no questions asked. When I got the bill I was charged for extra chilli and garlic. 1> There was never enough in the first place. 2> I was never told there was a charge for this 3> It is not on the menu. 4> Not a single Ocean basket I have been to charges for this 5> The manager was clueless, offered no apology and basically forced me to pay 6> I wrote a comprehensive compliant in theircomplaints book and left my details for the owner to contact me, who is apparently known as Casper, to date I'm still waiting. 7> I will never support this ocena basket again, they ruined my evenong and have no way in dealing with customer. 8> They are also in flagrant contravention of the CPA as they do not advertise price and T&C's for the items you think is complimentary and then charge me. I do not want montecasino ocean basket to contact me. Ocean basket HQ must contact me and I want to know how they will sort this.
