Chicken didnt taste like the KFC we always buy

Hi there, i purchase a family at KFC beach road Strand. to my surprise the chicken tasted terrible there was a burnt taste in the chicken and smelled like old frying oil. we couldn't eat the chicken as it tasted very bad and because it was Sunday i didn't feel like returning the chicken i was already upset for going there and getting this horrible chicken.
