Poor service

One of the drinks took very long to arrive. Our food took even longer, 30 minutes plus. We were not the only ones experiencing bad service as we were not the only ones being apologized to. When our food eventually arrived it was cold and some of the orders were incorrect.

The manager did apologize when we started to get angry, we got discount on our bill and they gave the kids free toys.
