Bad attitude and refusal of replacing bad food

My first complaint was regarding the bad service and attitude we got from scooters and the fact that we received no appology. Well head office gave us good service and attemted to sort out the matter with the branch however the manager from the branch refuses to replace our order and has the attutude of sorry but its your loss. The pizzas where delivered late, ice cold and tasteless and rubbery. They wanted me to keep this pizzas in the fridge which i did and after days of them not resolving the issue i threw it away and apparently it is because i threw it away that they can't replace it. How long did they think i can keep three big boxes in my fridge, making my fridge reek of garlic!
