3 Colleagues and i visited observatory KFC last night for supper. 17/06/2013

= The toilets was dirty and smelling, including popo marks in the pot.
- Simba did have a staff member clean it immediatly.
-simba also advised that homeless people use the toilets.
-However I noticed that it was a kitchen staff member wearing a hair net.

= The bread buns was a hard as granite.

=They were out of stock of tomotoe sauce

=My colleagues also complained about the chicken that was dry. However mine was fine, i like dry chicken

I have lodged this complaint, but have received no feedback from the branch.

Im still awaiting feedback.
