I was at cubana a few weeks ago with some friends. i had accidentally dropped my wallet on the floor and was completely unaware of it until the manager brought it back to me. when i opened it ALL my money and cards were still inside. when i wanted to thank him by buying him a drink or giving him some cash he politely said "no thanks necessary"... when i asked him his name so i could phone the owner and compliment him on his staff he once again said it was un necessary as he was just doing his job. after speaking to a few of the waiters, i found out his name was Brad. Thank you Brad for your professionalism and kindness. it rarely happens that a wallet gets returned at all, yet alone with nothing missing inside. we will definitely be coming back!!
