RUDE PEOPLE!!!

To whom it may concern,

Last night i attended a friends birthday party at Cubana in the Stellenbosch area. Firstly I would like to say that I've been going to Cubana for a really long time, I enjoy the atmosphere and vibe it has and not once have I been treated the way I was last night at Cubana in Stellenbosch.

I was wearing a Vest, shorts and cap when i arrived at the venue. My vest and cap was a problem??? I usually wear the same style of clothing to the one in Green Point. I was given 30 minutes to get a T-shirt which i arranged with friends of mine. The entire time i was being watched, I felt like a criminal and like i should not even have been there yet I was spending money and eating their food. Also Cubana Stellenbosch is flea infested. We did not stay long because the experience was just horrible. I paid my bill took the T-shirt off and put my cap back on and i was nearly chucked out??? I just paid???

This really changed how I feel about Cubana in a whole and their service. I hope this branch closes down, actually they need too.
