Poor customer service

Myself and my three friends visited cubana cedar square on Saturday, initially we were told to sit outside, cold as it was, we then asked what criteria was being used for people to et inside but the rude manageress just said to us the tables were booked, this however was not true because after we did pull out the types of cards we had on us we were then granted entry inside and note it was cold outside, .Little did we know that we had set a mood for being mistreated as we argued our way inside, one of the waitresses, some short Ndebele lady had a braawl with us as we were enquirring our order, as we tried to explain she found it alright not to listen but made faces at us which didnt go down well with us especially after battling to get inside initially. One of my friends pulled her aside to try and find out what was wrong, whats with the stinking attitude, the waitress called her manageress who wouldnt want to hear what we were saying, and to our shock this short waitress kept on insulting and making faces on us even in the presence of her manageress, the guards came in pulled us out in a rough manner, we felt very victimised and harrased.we only women who were trying to have fun but alas,!
