Non delivery of Competition Items

I recently won an online competition by Spur Steak Ranches which is supposed to be aimed at promoting their Monday Funday campaign but in stead all i got from them was a load of excuses blaming the courier. I won this prize on the week of the 20th of MAY 2013 and was given requirements from RYAN HAWORTH which i completed. I was then told that the prize will be in my hands within 2 to 3 days. I waited a week and nothing arrived, i then called asking what was the problem and was given the excuse that the couriers needed an area code to deliver the package etc. I then followed up a few days later to be told that they would send me a tracking number and i am still waiting for that aswel. I don't advise that Spur hold any futher competitions if this is how winning a prize from them will be for others out there. I believe i was treated very poorly and with no respect from the competition organisers. RYAN HAWORTH of [MARKETING] at Spur was the one who handled this matter.
