I called Nandos in Nelspruit (0137551481) for the first time today. I think I had to dial fifty times to get through, the phone rang and rang without an answer, I think I tried like ten times, when eventually Khanyisile answered, you can imagine how i already was, the rage. BUT this girl got me laughing so hard, I am smiling typing this. first she apologised for not answering in time. She explained that it was so busy, hence I didn't go through straight away. She sorted my order perfectly, she was friendly, efficient, empathetic, understating, cracked jokes and spoke to me like she has seen me before. I will have to wait a while before I get my order as they are extremely busy but don't mind.
She understands The Ten Commandments of Customer Service and I hope her manager gives her the recognition she deserves.
