Half Cooked Chicken

Hi,
This happened on Friday 21 at the Davenport Centre's K.F.C.outlet. The chicken was half raw, over flowing with oil and slimy. The quality of all the South African outlets has really gone rock bottom. The volume of consumers seems to have had an impact on this. This is totally unacceptable and I'm sure Colonel Saunders is turning in his grave!!! Please may management look into this serious state of affairs and rectify such.
