Today, I called Spur and placed an order to collect. The phone was answered by a VERY friendly man named FANAS.

I took a long time to fetch my order as i was very busy with work.
He called me to find out how far i am as my food was ready and had been sititng there for me to collect.
He kept it warm for me.

When i got to Spur he was bubbly and friendly and made me feel welcome.
My food was still warm. Iv found it cold twice before.

Tho they had a litile problem with their speedpoints, he was so kind and apologised and I actualy didnt mind waiting for teh speed point. I was even willing to drive out to an ATM to withdraw cash.

I think his customer service was beyond professional and remarkable and because of Fanas, i am sure to go back to Natchez Spur.
