Issue Handled with great efficiency-21st Birthday

A huge thank you to Anelda (the Franchisor) and Joan (the owner of the Southdown's Branch) for their great attitude and highly professional manner they handled and sort out my complaint regarding our recent 21st Birthday Party.

Their follow-up's were great and this case was handled in a very pleasant manner. Refund on service fee was done minutes after I've send through my banking details.

With these attitudes of Management I will definitely visit Isabella's again, and I am of the opinion that this will be a great experience, and I can only see success forward for Isabella's.
