Burnt Pot pies, Inadequate portions, Untrainedstaffs

Had Sunday Lunch at Mugg & Bean Menlyn PTA. Ordered chicken Pot pies with extra feta cheese & some sides, i.e sour cream extra for a wrap. The chicken pot pies were badly burnt & tasted horrible possibly due to the fact that the dishes were cooked straight from frozen. The quality of the pot pies (used to be my favorite) has definitely deteriorated during the last couple of years. The pot pie mushroom sauce is not even close as tasty as it was previously and tastes like a cheap formula. The portion size is also not what it used to be & the dishes were half full. Around 6 pieces of feta on our salads equated to extra feta. The side sour cream tasted off & was around the size of a teaspoon. We were still charged for the burnt food and inadequate extras after complaining to the Afrikaans speaking manager. He was friendly and polite but had no business ethics since he appologised for the mess, but still expected us to pay a premium for our bad experience. For the icing on the cake, the waiter complained when he noticed we were not tipping. He explained he needed to support his family since he works on commission alone! M&B franchise will certainly not see me, my friends & family again.
