We waited for food for an hour, when one of the pizzas was received the order was incomplete & there was a long, thick black hair on the pizza. the waiter didn't come back to the table at all, I had to fetch the Manager to complain about the food & service, he then proceeded to argue about the hair being a mushroom 'hair'. although he did then personally make a new pizza which was very good.
The manager then offered to email a voucher to us to apologise & we are still waiting (since 27th Dec 2012)
We have always been happy with Primi's food & service however this was a shocking experience!
