They don't deliver to my place 3km from them

I called for a pizza and they told me they do not deliver in Makhado park, I drove to the place measuring the distance and it's actually 3km away as I thought maybe it's far. When you advertise you say you deliver within a 5km radius, I actually think the guy has a bad attitude or maybe he just doesn't want to go to a black suburb.
The other day we were having a function at the show grounds hall and I asked them to deliver there as I'm a regular customer they refused and said they only deliver to homes, but when I'm in Pretoria they can deliver to a workplace. Why can't they have the same standards?
