Unethical behavior from the Store Manage

I ordered a small double deck chicken pizza, I clearly recalled my bf & I asking the teller to remove all tomatoes, onions, spring onions, tikka sauce & that there must be no sauce in it except the cheese sauce as I have Gastro esophageal reflux Disease & need to avoid eating onions & tomatoes, etc. I got home & my bf eats a piece and tells me that there is sauce in the pizza. He calls Debonairs & explains the misunderstanding with our order & he was told a correct pizza will be delivered to him shortly. After numerous telephone calls to Debonairs my pizza arrives an hour later bf distinctly showed the driver the differences in the pizza. I am concerned with the lack of understanding I received from the staff member who placed my order, My main concern is the unethical behavior I received from your Store Manager (Mr Mulaudzi Siziba); he acted very unprofessionally. I quote: "I was not talking to you I was talking to Velesh" "I am not sitting here making free pizzas for you"?? Is that how you speak to a customer?? "I am going to remove your name and address from my system & will never deliver to you again" I support them almost every weekend & he tells me that???
