Bad service/attitude

Went to TSG 4Ways at 7:00PM on Monday, 17 June 2013. Ordered 2x large bacon, brie and cranberry pizzas (order 59); was told by cashier to sit and wait on counches. Waited 31mins, still nothing: eventually got up and went to counter; my order had been waiting there, getting cold, the whole time. I asked what happened, why i was not called; i was ignored with no response, then the lady turned her back on me and walked off. I asked to speak to the manager and they instead called an indian guy who looked like a waiter. He did nothing to help. I left with the cold pizzas and phoned TSG. Spoke to Mike, gave my phone number and he called me back. Eventually spoke to Joe who i was expecting to speak to at the restaurant, but they did not call him. Got home feeling sick in my stomach and had to reheat the pizzas in the oven. The pizzas were disgusting and i threw most of it away. I only ate it because i was hungry. Terrible service, terrible food, bad attitude. Was treated like dog by ghe staff and left very angry and upset.
