Poor customer relations

On 17 April 2013 i placed a telephonic order for 2 pizzas 1 vegetarian with no mushrooms & 1 margarita. I emphasised to the person taking the order that i do not want mushrooms. he repeated the order and i again reminded him that there should be no mushrooms on the pizza. My family is allergic to mushrooms and i am therefore very careful when placing orders. I place the same order every Friday at the Northmead branch. I was appalled when my order was brought out with mushrooms! and no onions. the person serving me was was not in the least bit concerned and mumbled something then spoke to his manager. the store was busy and no one reassured me that my problem would be addressed. the manager then said he would rectify the problem. he did not inidcate how long it would take it was only after i told him that i was in a hurry did he confirm that it would be 10min. the correct order was handed to me before 10 min were up but by then the other pizza was ice cold. no apology was offered and the manner in which my compalint was handled leaves much to be desired. i am a regular customer and was afforded no courtesy. the store being busy is no excues for poor non-existent customer service.
