Chicken Licken

So last week friday, i went to the Fly through with a colleague to buy lunch on our way to a meeting in Pretoria, on my way, wanting to get a quick bite i discovered my 6XL hot wings was cold, stale and dry, this was at 12h00. My colleague meal was fresh, and so we shared his meal. I took my time and cellphone resources to call and notify the Manager (who i thought said her name was Charmaine), she apologized, and said i could come back with the slip and get a fresh order. Well, got busy this week, and only had time to go today... to my utter disgust and horror i was made to feel like i wanted a free meal, after Margaret said if she had money she would buy me a meal, and that the chicken was counted etc, etc, etc... i still stood my grounds that i used my time and resources to set the matter straight, but, she did not even lend some empathy. She referred me to the hotline, i stood there, called it three times, and NO ANSWER..i just take it, that it's time for my diet... but leaving there upset, because of her poor customer service... well that she and Chicken Licken will have to live with...
