Horrible embarassing treatment in front of custome

14 July 15:00, ate at steers & returned a few minutes to use the REST ROOM. at the Door, since the rest room was written for steers customers only, I decided to tell the waitres at entrance that I was there a few minutes ago, She refused, demanding that I buy something first, I said I will c wat I can buy on return after a few xchange of words, she did not allow me but I decided to proceed as I was pressed.

upon return another waited 4 me, she shouted at me & embarrassed me in front of other customers, & her other colleagues were laughing, I thought I cld explain, but she was so good in humiliating me, I had no chance. I however told her I will report her, she cld nt careless, continued, I asked her name, trying to check her name tag at the same time, her colleagues shouted remove & did b4 I cld c her name, I asked for phone numbers, they refused until I asked Zandile at the Till, she tried to take a receipt to give me, but those waitreses grabbed it, & I askd to c the manager, & Nomathemba came & gave me phone nos & I left. today I got time to alert other customers, as 4 Steers outlets, wen I c them, I loose apetite, 4 Im reminded of the REST ROOM & the 2 don't go together.
