Most expensive St Elmo's in South Africa

We wanted to do the "dual Deal" at St Elmo's at Walmer Park PE but was told they only do that as a take way. The franchise web site cleary state this deal in all other stores, What makes him so wonderfull?
To my surprise i also noticed that his pizza's is on average R15 more expensive than the rest of the country. We were told it is because they import all their products, what a joke as i saw a local guy deliver chicken earlier that day. We just left, going to a restaurant across from them
I have mailed the Franchise company twice but no response.
What happen to "same taste, same price, same feel as part of a franchise.
This brand is getting to slack to control their franchizees by the looks of it.
