A customer is to be treated as such

Bought a foldover meal and the cashier just went on assisting another customer. The foldover was ready and I had to ask another cashier to check, because the foldover is getting cold. The chips were too crispy and as I requested for them to please give me soft chips, the request was granted, I was called to come and fetch it, I mean, if you are already doing things wrong, wont you try and make it right. The laughing out loud of staff is very unprofessional and you could not help to stare. Please train your staff, I wouldn't want to eat breakfast this early in the morning, at a place where I am not appreciated or acknowledged. I paid for the food, and expect to be treated with respect.
