KFC staff who prepare food do not wear gloves

I have log a complain on KFC's website concerning hygiene concern at 2 of Bloemfontein's KFC where I noticed that their staff were not wearing any gloves when preparing food. I got a call from a lady called Innocentia from KFC's customer care center. She indicated that KFC's policy is to not wear any gloves when preparing food nationwide, but all their employees sanitise their hands every 30 minutes and this is monitored by their managers. My worry is if someone picks his or her nose a few minutes without the manager seeing what then! Is the manager seating there and monitoring every meal that is done that the employee has not touched any dirty surface or bodyparts with their hands are sanitised.
