Bad Attitude

I'm disappointed by the none service I receive from a particular employee by the name of Thato. I have complained time and again to her manager however, it seems as if my complaints are falling into deaf ears. As a paying customer I expect to get service and not the bad attitude i get from this lady... I'm just appalled.
