Poor Service

This is the second time this week I have walked into this outlet to make an order and been given terrible service. There were only two customers, irate, waiting a very, very long time for service and they then help a third customer who just walks casually through the door. When questioned by the customers about this, they just exercise ignorance and arrogance. They don't seem to have their teamwork in order at this outlet and it also appears to me that they may be under the influence whilst on duty. Who manages this crowd? Appalling... that's all it is!
