Bad food, bad service, bad everything!

I complained about the Canal Walk M&B branch 2 months ago and decided to give it another go the past weekend. The service and food have gone from bad to worse even further!
1. My chicken pot pie arrived cold in the centre (frozen)
2. The side salad consists out of 1 tomato and a mountain of lettuce!
3. I fell ill when I got home, the chicken?
4. My wife had chips, the bowel was chipped that contained the chips
5. When she emptied the bowel, big was her surprise to see old tomato sauce marks on the bowel (we did not have any sauce on our table)
6. Only 1 ct card machine in operation
7. And this machine on the same counter where all the waiters are placing their orders, overcrowded and waiters bumping at you while paying.

This branch is missing the plot and we will never go back!
