After my complaint about the service at Spur Carlton Centre Monee the manager phoned me to apologise and rectify the mistake, I went for the same breakfast on the house, for me it shows that they care about their customers even if they make mistakes they own up to them. Thank you to the staff and BIGDADAAY for the food and good service, keep it up for all the customers.
