KFC Tokia - poor product quality

Received stale subtandard food. I phoned the cell number that appears on the slip of the manager. Got no reply from him. I then went to KFC South - Africa facebook page to complaint. I got a reply back that said i need to complain via a email address of the KFC facebook page which i did. Till today no reply!!
I cannot leave it like this, the branch needs to be well managed, or staff needs to be retrained. I spent money there and i want quality food not food that is stale and cold. Cheese zinger rounder was substandard, streetwise two was wing and sidebreast (wrong combination) and stale. Hot wings was dry and cold, very small as it shrinks when it is prepared too early.
I had no else to complain and this is why i come to your site.
I had no joy from KFC and no help with regards to this complaint!
