Incorrect billing leaves bad taste in the mouth

I ordered Ribs (R108.00) and Wings (R74) as takeaway from Dros for a company function. On making payment, the waitress told me the amount due was R195. I made payment with my company card. When I noticed that the money appearing on the debit card slip was R200, I queried this from the waitress and she claimed that the total due was R199.95 and that she had rounded off the payment. While waiting for the food I calculated in my head if the amount charged was actually the amount due. When the order was ready I asked for the restaurant bill which had by now disappeared. On explaining to the staff that the bill is needed to process and justify the amount spent on the food to my company, the bill now miraculously appeared. The bill totaled R188. The waitress's attempt to from me could have cost me my job had I not made recalculations and demanded the original bill. I reported the matter to Dros telephonically and Thabo who I spoke to promised to have the manager call me back (which hasnt happened). It seems like this is a culture at Dros as no one had seemed shocked by such behaviour. Obviously they are used to customers' belongings being "appropriated" by staff.
