Bad service and terrible food

A group of us went to lunch yesterday at RJ's - both the food and service were terrible and the manager's sarcasm was really not expected nor was it appreciated. There were two tables in the restaurant including ours. It took 10 minutes to get a beer. I requested a Rare steak, what I got was a well done rump, on sending the steak back to the kitchen the replacement steak was so raw that even the outside of the steak was cold. Three out of five steaks were over cooked, the hake was over cooked, one of the ladies at the table eventually got her food 10 after everyone else. The chocolate brownie was the absolute crowning point however, it took approximately 2 minutes to try and get the spoon into the desert, once in we could not remove the spoon the desert was so hard. I must admit even the manager was a tad shocked at the sight of the spoon sticking out like King Arthur's sword. This was the 1st and the last time I will be going, quite a pity actually as I was really looking forward to trying this place o.
