Cold steak and tiny calarmari portions

Ordered a special from the Wowzit website for this restaurant- R150 for two "platters " of rump steak and calamari. Waited like over 45 minutes for food and the steak was not even warm. Calamari portions were like a joke with about 4 to 5 tubes of calamari and it had no taste. Seriously, even if its a special why does this happen and should not. No one ever asked if the food was okay and we sent the steak back and they just reheated it and it was still not even hot. Spent over R204 with tip and could have had a much better meal like anywhere else with better value for money. First time I tried this place and its the last.
