Unsatisfied!!!

I logged a complaint a few weeks ago, first with the owner of the Cavendish Scooters in Kempton Park, then with the head office, (Reference 86NDL3).
What a joke? They have 3 people phoning me, the first one, apologises for the incident that happened and tells me that they will take care of it and let me know. The second person phones me about a week ago, saying the matter has been resolved (???) and then this morning i get the same call, saying that the Regional Manager has taken steps to make sure it never happens again... i asked the operator WHAT steps have been taken to sort out the problem, and he just replies that he can assure me that it will not happen again...

I am dissatisfied with that answer and besides the fact that i will spread the word around about Scooters and their pathetic service / assistance, i will definetely NEVER EVER go there again... and yes, sure, i'm one of plenty customers that probably won't affect you, but it is a shame that this is what you get from being a loyal customer... i believe the owner has more than one franchise, wonder if he allows all his staff to be as rude! Not that the head office has been helpful...:-(
