Pathetic Attitude

On 29-Jan-13;
I ordered a quiche and my daughter chicken slices. As she was eating she asked me if the chip was bitten. I inspected it but it still looked bitten. I spoke to the waiter and then the manager. I clearly told him that the explanation was poor and I'd rather have the bill. Which he told me he is sorry for and asked if he could call the manager. I said ok. The owner came over telling me about the situation without asking anything or even looking at the chip. I told him to stop&listen without putting words in my mouth. His aggression was clear and i told him I would have to take it up further. I told him that he cant even listen and wants his way without asking me directly. He said I am taking chances so i replied "why would i have already asked for the bill to pay if that is the case". His response was "I dont know"! I was very upset. As i walked out i asked for his name, "Jimmy Nunes, and keep walking while you have your legs" while other customers were around.
This is not how a business should be run.
I have taken my time since to visit other branches & even if I was dissatisfied, I was treated with respect. Clearly this guy should not be on the frontline to custome
